Morgan Richter
Head Coach
Morgan Richter grew up in Cleburne, Texas, a small town south of Fort Worth. Morgan swam for both Cleburne High School as well as
Sigma
Swim Club. From there, Morgan attended Goucher College, a liberal arts college in Towson, Maryland. By the end of Morgan’s
collegiate
career, he had broken 11 school records, was a 4-time 200 fly conference champion and had achieved both academic
all-American
and all-American status. Before being named Head Coach, Morgan served as the Gator's Head Age Group Coach
from 2021-22.
Prior to joining the Gator staff, he spent three years coaching the Storm club swim team and the Rockbridge High
School team.
He currently lives with his fiancée, Christine, and their two dogs: Dexter and Fitzgerald.

Dryland Coach
Coach Sherry is a Roanoke native who graduated from Roanoke College with a degree in psychology and
social work.
Coach Sherry has 40 years of experience in the fitness industry with experience in core
strengthening, spinning,
bootcamp and weight lighting. Coach Sherry is married to Jim and her daughter
Alexis swims for the senior group.
